We take great pride in the making and packaging of our chocolates and petit fours.

Using only the finest of ingredients, with No Artificial Preservatives, Additives, or Colours.For this reason the truffles have a limited shelf-life and are best refrigerated.

The truffles are made using Belgian Chocolate, Jersey Cream and Unsalted Butter, they are rolled and dipped by hand (no moulds or shells being used).

All the truffles are made and packed to order.
We are constantly trying out new recipes and flavours, to improve our chocolates.All being sampled by friends, family and customers.

In 2008, we proudly picked up 2 Gold One Star Great Taste Awards for our Milk Chocolate Truffles with Honey, and our White Chocolate Truffles with Passionfruit.
